COM 497 -- Communication Studies Teaching Assistant
1) on p. 1 of the proposal, it states that the course can be repeated for credit, but the next line asks for the maximum number of times or credit.� The blank is filled in with a "3" and it should be "4 cr. hr."
2) the revised copy of the proposal sent on January 3rd contained a "faculty-student" contract as a 4th page, but that page was missing in the subsequent revisions.� Can this please be re-attached to the next version?
����������� IST 101 -- Global Connections Mentor
1) the repeatability line should state �1 time� rather than �1�
2) the statement �May be repeatable once for credit.� should be inserted into the catalog description just before the �Permission of IST coordinator.� statement.
3) please delete �IST 101� from the first line of the catalog description.
4) cut and paste the revised catalog description into the accompanying outline.

1) the abbreviated course title should be �Global Connections TA� (the proposed abbreviated title is too long).
2) the statement �Permission of IST coordinator.� should be inserted into the catalog description just before the �(3 cr. hr.)� statement.
3) please delete �IST 110� from the first line of the catalog description.
4) cut and paste the revised catalog description into the accompanying outline.
5) the accompanying outline does not require a disability statement but if you wish to include one, please change �B-40� to �B-1�
